Beauty of Fall

I absolutely love getting out in the fall to catch some of the changing leaves and beautiful scenery. It's hard to believe this process that takes so long just leads to the leaves falling off the trees and the land becoming bare...although, not NEARLY as bare as I'll see in Barrow. Get your flu shot!

Today the senior nursing students hosted Gustavus's annual flu shot clinic! SUCCESS! It ran from 8-4 on campus and my, what fun it was! We were paired up, two to a station and there were about five stations. People filled out their forms and then had 24 students to choose from throughout the day's rotations! I probably gave about 60 injections and it was wonderful to educate the students and staff on the importance of the flu vaccine, as well as to see so many people come and support us! Hooray!
